Dining Duster dives into New Ulm Instameet!
Schells Taps

Minnesota-based food and travel bloggers, Kelly and Dusty of Dining Duster attended and posted about the recent Instameet hosted by Pickles Travel and New Ulm! The Instameet took place in May, people from all over came to see and photograph some of the great things New Ulm has to offer!

The Instameet featured local shops, restaurants, and other New Ulm attractions! There was a free sample or gift waiting for participants at each stop. The highlights of Kelly and Dusty’s visit included A to Zinnia Floral and Gifts, Lola: An American Bistro, the Wanda Gag House, Inspired, Turner Hall, the Brown County Historical Society Museum, Schell’s Brewery, and Morgan Creek Vineyard. They even received a visit from the Narren!

Kelly and Dusty were most impressed by the historical parts of the meet. They learned about how big of an impact World War 1 had on the city of New Ulm through the current exhibit at the Museum. The Dakota War was also a popular topic of discussion throughout the day.
