New Ulm was recently featured in a Visit Twin Cities blog as one of their getaways! The article talks about some of New Ulm’s biggest draws like the Hermann Monument and Schell’s Brewery. They list Semblance as being a great place to shop. They said it’s, “a boutique that wouldn’t be out of place in the hippest corners of Brooklyn.” VTC also featured a few of New Ulm’s great restaurants, like Lola: an American Bistro, and Pepperboy and the Pantry. For authentic German food, they list Veigel’s Kaiserhoff as being the go-to spot. For an evening of entertainment, they recommended The Grand Center for Arts and Culture and the Grand Kabaret!
