The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed PrimeSource Funding as a new Chamber Member! Steve Lawrence and Jason Madson, Senior Loan Originators, along with Brent Busch, Vice President of PrimeSource Funding, explained how they have worked with a lot of New Ulm community members to find the perfect home financing options. They have multiple unique options and focus on making financing your home the easiest it can be. The majority of their business is done remotely, even before all the chaos of COVID, so they have been able to keep their business going strong through out these difficult times. They have a Mankato location on North Victory Drive near Home Depot with a team of 6-10 people working at that location and an office in Rochester. PrimeSource Funding does a lot of residential and real estate mortgages as well as debt consolidation. Refinancing has been a large focus for consumers ever since prime rates dropped, which PrimeSource Funding also specializes in.
