The Willkommen Committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Rush as a new member.  Located in the heart of downtown New Ulm, this farm-to-table rooftop restaurant offers a unique dining experience you don’t typically find in small towns across Minnesota. Rush offers locally sourced food made with fresh and healthy ingredients.  The sharable, small-plates menu ranges from dry aged steaks to stone oven pizzas.  Their seasonal rooftop patio is the perfect setting for that special occasion and brings an ambiance unique in Southern Minnesota. Rush is open Wednesday through Saturday from 2pm to 10pm, and can be booked for private parties. The indoor space has seating for 40 people and the outdoor patio has room for 110.
