The Willkommen Committee recently welcomed River Ridge Shooting Club as a new member of the New Ulm Chamber. 

Owners Joe and Christine Michaletz bought the property in 2017 and started remodeling in 2020, finishing the main building as well as some out-buildings last year.  According to General Manager Patrick Thompson, River Ridge is just starting their first busy season with the opening of Highway 14.  They offer a pro shop with guns and supplies for sale and rent, a clubroom with full bar and limited menu, classrooms and conference rooms where they host permit-to-carry classes, a simulator room with training scenarios, pistol bays, and several ranges for archery, calibers under .40, and even a 1010-yard range which is a rarity in Minnesota.  They do have memberships available, but the ranges and clubroom are also open to the public. You can also rent the spaces for your next event!
