The Willkommen Committee recently welcomed Lamar Advertising Company as a new member of the New Ulm Chamber. 

Lamar has been in business since 1902 and has billboards available for rent all across America.  Local sales representative, Sheryl Kahlert, has been in the advertising business for over 30 years and was recruited by Lamar two years ago.  She can help businesses or individuals find the best location for their advertising needs and set up short-term or long-term contracts.  Lamar even offers design work and advice.  They are looking to expand their collection of billboards (vinyl and digital), especially with the recent opening of Highway 14 between New Ulm and Mankato.
