The Willkommen Committee recently visited the Kaiserhoff German Restaurant to welcome their new owner, Collin Gieseke, and new bar manager/mixologist, Jeffrey Bradley.

Collin is originally from the New Ulm/Klossner area, attended South Central College for culinary arts after his time in the Air Force, and he began working at Kaiserhoff in 2021.   Jeffrey is originally from Carls, Minnesota, attended the Minneapolis School of Bartending, and trained with Mike Bundy of Black Frost.  Collin and Jeffrey have been working on some improvements, including updating the menu from pre-made to homemade recipes and renovating the K Bar and the women’s restroom.  Adding elevated drinks, a sample menu, and bigger name entertainment are also on their list in the quest to “restore and revitalize.”  They strive “not to change, but to enhance,” and they want to be “fun and wild and out there.”

If you’re interested in learning more, stop by 221 N Minnesota, visit their website www.kaiserhoff.org, or call 507-359-2071.  Thank you, Kaiserhoff German Restaurant, for your continued investment in New Ulm and congratulations to Colin Gieseke and Jeffrey Bradley!
