The Willkommen Committee recently held a ribbon cutting at The Coffee Keller to celebrate their new business and to welcome them as a Chamber member.

The Coffee Keller is owned and operated by Chay Henle who wanted to “invest time, energy, and finances into Downtown New Ulm.”   She wanted to create another place to gather and is a self-proclaimed “coffee snob,” so she started dabbling at home until it became more than just a passion.  Chay continues to dabble, coming up with new specials constantly.  The Coffee Keller focuses on local – they work with White Boxer for fresh coffee blends and serve “our community first, tourism second.”  The unique idea of being located in a basement has gotten lots of positive feedback for utilizing a space that would otherwise probably just be storage.  The Coffee Keller also works on accessibility, though, and has outdoor seating on the sidewalk above where they will deliver drinks.

Located at 127 N Minnesota St, if you’re interested in learning more, you can stop by six days a week, find them on social media, or call them at 507-217-3810.  Thank you, Coffee Keller, for your investment in New Ulm and for choosing to join the Chamber!
