The Willkommen Committee recently welcomed Southern Minnesota Moving Company as a new member.  Owner Jeff Kiecker started the company approximately five to six years ago after the old moving company in town stepped down.  He can move all sorts of different things, including heavy objects like pianos and gun safes.  His team of five guys can handle anything from an apartment to an entire house.  They are based out of New Ulm, but they have gone as far as Hibbing and north of Hutchinson to help their clients.  Usually working with U-Haul trucks, they can adapt and have carts that they can use to help with the larger items.  They also occasionally offer packing services.
