By now, I’m sure you’ve heard about the Pokemon GO craze that has taken over the phones of nearly every young, and many not-so-young, people you know.  In fact, on a daily basis, Pokemon GO is being used twice as much as Facebook on Android phones!  Pokemon GO can be a great way to explore a new city, or further explore the city you live in.  If you’re looking for a new way to take in New Ulm, grab your smartphone, download the app, and explore away!  There are PokeStops at literally every monument and attraction in New Ulm!  Schell’s Brewery, Hermann Heights, Glockenspiel, Turner Hall, John Lind House, all throughout the historic downtown, etc.  Learn some new history about these locations, and discover the many parks, monuments, attractions, and businesses in New Ulm.  Reminder: stay aware of your surroundings while playing Pokemon GO.
